Completely rebuilt and reopened in May of 2021 it includes new furniture, appliances, and 2 flat screen smart TV’S. Swimming pool, private boardwalk to the ocean (3-5-minute stroll), 2 outside grills (one gas, one charcoal).

There is a convenient gated patio with wooden decking that leads out to the grassy area and the pool.

Living Area

The living room shares a modern open floor plan with the kitchen. There is a comfortable queen size sleeper sofa. Breakfast bar, 2 stools along with dining table and 2 chairs. Access to your private gated patio is just outside your living room door. There is a Flat Panel Smart TV with cable and Wi-Fi is included.

The bedroom has a queen-sized bed and 2 night stands with lamps. There is a flat panel TV with Cable. There is a door leading to the breezeway (main entrance)

2 Bathrooms

One bathroom has a walk-in shower the other offers a tub/shower combo. Both bathrooms have private vanity sink areas.

Kitchen

The modern kitchen is open to the living area where there is a breakfast bar and bar stools, new range, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave - lots of cabinets and a nice pantry. Dual single cup/carafe coffee maker plus kitchen prep, cooking, and serving utensils.

Swimming Pool/Outdoors

The private patio looks out to a well-manicured lawn and nice-sized swimming pool. There are a few patio chairs. Pool area is furnished with pool chairs and loungers and a gazebo if you prefer less sun exposure. The side-yard has both gas and charcoal grills with picnic tables — available to all in the complex. There is an outside shower area next to the swimming pool to use before and after swimming. There is a coin operated laundry room for your use.

Parking

Each condo has one assigned parking space in our off-the-street parking lot. Some limited overflow parking is available. No boats/RV’s/ trailers are allowed.
